We are thrilled to introduce Coach Angelo D’Alessandro the mastermind behind the 2005/2006 Girls Blue team at Davie United Sharks! With a coaching journey that began as a parent & blossomed into a passion, Angelo has been shaping young athletes for an incredible 12 years.
Angelo's coaching tale started as a way to be involved in his kids' lives, but it swiftly transformed into a mission to nurture both exceptional players and outstanding individuals. From U4 to now, at ages 16 and 15, his coaching journey has become a testament to his unwavering dedication to their development.
For nearly a decade, Angelo has called Davie United home, fostering an environment that empowers his players to think outside the box & flourish as both athletes & individuals. The freedom to innovate & the unwavering support for character growth set Davie United apart in his eyes.
Angelo's coaching prowess is not just in certifications, but also in the wisdom gained from a diverse range of coaching influences. While he's currently pursuing his US Soccer D license, his style is crafted from a melting pot of insights from fellow coaches, readings, and observing the game.
But the true heart of Angelo's success lies in the team's unity & camaraderie. His proudest achievement? Nurturing a team that's been together for years, built on genuine love & friendship both on and off the field. Their bond extends beyond practices & matches, with beach days & practice sessions planned autonomously by the players themselves. That's the ultimate victory in his eyes!
